House Tour: Canfield Lofts Detroit

Last night we attending the Crain's 2010 Detroit House Party and got the opportunity to stop by and take a tour of the Canfield Lofts development in a re-purposed Buick Motor Car Company industrial space. Here's the brief history of this building's very interesting story! The space we toured was a small (600 sq. ft.!!), color & energy packed loft with stunning decor, amazing views and a lovely outdoor space. The development also boasts exposed concrete columns, a community rooftop area and is on the historic register in Detroit. Enjoy!!

Paris Trendspotting - Merci

Trendspotting Paris is always a whirlwind adventure, so it was wonderful to stumble into Merci, where we got a chance to slow down, wander the rooms and to truly enjoy this lovely retail space. This concept environment offers shoppers the chance to experience room like settings, a unique selection of product curated by local designers and to sit down, relax and sip a cool glass of lemonade. The staff of volunteers is warm and welcoming and the gorgeous colors, textures and materials will inspire anyone to redecorate their space.
